Gulf Safety Awards

We developed and integrated a Risk-Based Process Safety Management System (RBPSMS) into the design phase of complex EPC projects. The methodology was accepted into competition at the Gulf Safety Forum 2019 in Bahrain — one of the region’s most prominent safety engineering platforms. The system aligned the functional safety lifecycle with the project lifecycle, ensuring safety-critical decisions were rationally determined and transparently communicated across all stakeholders.

By leveraging advanced simulation tools to drive inherently safer design, the approach minimised variance in both financial and performance outcomes — demonstrating that integrated safety management is a fundamental driver of business value.
